Mowing Service: $100.00 minimum. We charge by the square foot of the property minus the house foot print your price is $0.01 per square foot. Mowing service includes line trimming, stick edging, and blowing off hard surfaces.

 

Herbicide Bed Service: $100.00 minimum. We charge $1.00 per linear foot to control weeds in your beds, sidewalk, driveway, and patio. Herbicide Fence Service: $100.00 minimum. We charge $0.25 per linear foot of your Wood, Black aluminum, and/or White vinyl fence to control weeds and protect your fence investment.

Pine Straw Mulch: $300.00 minimum (10 rolls) $30.00 per roll delivered and installed.  1 roll of pine straw covers 30 square feet (3 feet x 10 feet = 30 square feet).

 

Gutter Clean Out: $200.00 minimum. We charge by the linear feet. Your price is $1.50 per linear foot. *Side note: Price is for a single-story home / building. Cost adjustment needed for 2 and 3 story homes / building.

 

Light Hedge / Shrubs Trimming: $150.00 minimum. Your price is $2.50 per linear foot. *Removing up to 6” of hedges / shrubs. We remove all debris. Medium Hedge / Shrubs Trimming: $250.00 minimum. Your price is $3.50 per linear foot. *Removing more than 6” less than 12” of hedges / shrubs. Heavy Hedge / Shrubs Trimming: $350.00 minimum. Your price is $4.50 per linear feet. *Removing more than 12” of hedges / shrubs.

 

Palm Tree, Crape Myrtle, and Large Shrub pruning: $25.00 per Saga Palm $65.00 per tree (under 10’) $150.00 per tree (above 10’ but below 15’) $250.00 per tree (above 16’). We remove all debris.

 

Power Washing: $250 minimum. $0.25 per square foot for driveway, sidewalks and patio / porch using a “BE” surface cleaner. Power washing does not remove stains. Stain Removal after surface cleaning: $50 minimum. $5.00 per square foot on driveway, sidewalks and patio / porch using F9 Cleaning products.

 

Roof Cleaning (Soft Wash System): $250.00 minimum. Your cost is $1.00 per linear feet of exterior wall of your home and garage for roof cleaning. *Side note: Price is for a single-story home / building. Cost adjustment needed for 2 and 3 story homes / building. Eves and Soffit Cleaning (Soft Wash System): $250.00 minimum. $1.00 per linear foot for Eves and soffit. *Side note: Price is for a single-story home / building.
